Team Manager – Community Planning & Organisational Development

You will be responsible for leading the third sector relationships, with community planning and your team, in providing support to strengthen and develop strong, resilient, and well governed and managed third sector organisations.
We are looking for a creative, inspiring and self-motivated individual who can provide vision, deliver results and act as an ambassador for the values of both DVA and the third sector. You will be a strong and effective communicator with a proven record of leadership, strategic development and the delivery of an organisation’s goals and objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the implementation of
FORT (Fast Online Referral and Tracking) system, alongside the development of a wider collaboration of services. The aim is to offer quick and easy access to early intervention services, to facilitate positive outcomes for our children and families across Dundee.
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic person with knowledge and experience of the voluntary and statutory sector. Someone who is passionate about partnership working and finding solutions to challenges and can lead and manage system change and build networks and relationships across services.
You will be supported by the partners to this project DVA, Action for Children and Barnardos.

Monitoring & Communications Officer

You will be responsible for the provision of all communications and media for DVA and supporting project monitoring for various funders. You will develop, implement and maintain the communications and marketing strategy and provide relevant and up-to-date information on the work of Dundee Voluntary Action and the third sector.
We are looking for a creative, passionate and confident communicator.
DVA is an admitted body to the Tayside Pension Fund and staff are automatically enrolled.
