The ‘first ever’ regional awards were delivered by a partnership which included Angus Council, Dundee Council, Dundee Social Enterprise Network, Dundee Third Sector Interface, Fife Council and Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Services.

New Start up Award was sponsored by Fife Council

The first finalist was Le hands

The second finalist and given a highly commended was Dundee City Pipe Band

The winner was Benarty Community Shop

Innovative idea Award was sponsored by Voluntary Action Angus
