What is DSEN?
DSEN is a group that any Social Enterprise in Dundee can join, so that they can act together to improve things for everyone. By working together we can:
•Share experiences and support each other
•Make new connections to increase business opportunities
•Influence our social, business and government environment more effectively.
We hope social enterprises will trade with each other, but that is not the main purpose of the network. It isn’t a place where you can sell your goods or services.
We also run an events programme throughout the year for both aspiring and existing social enterprises.
Who can join?
Only social enterprises can join the network (as Full Members), but there are many definitions of what constitutes a social enterprise. We follow the definition produced by Senscot and use the Voluntary Code of Practice for Social Enterprise.
We offer a range of membership categories: Full, Aspiring, Associate and Corporate. Please see the Membership leaflet for a full description of each of these categories.
You can sign up for the regular newsletter to keep in touch with developments.
